Christopher Hernandez, Sr. President

Chris, Christopher’s father, is a retired aerospace engineer. He has been very involved with a number of non-profit organizations and charities over the years such as; Boy Scouts of America, March of Dimes, the Mexican American Opportunity Foundation, and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He also serves on the Dean’s Industrial Advisory Council for the College of Engineering, California State University Long Beach and is a board member for St. John Bosco Catholic High School.

Barbara Vasquez Hernandez, Treasurer

Barbara is a retired software engineering manager, spending her career with HP and Northrop Grumman. She is also a 13 yr. veteran of the United States Navy. She has been a stalwart champion of women in technical fields, supporting Science, Technology, Engineering and Math related industry and community events and activities such as Society of Women Engineers, Great Minds in STEM, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, and Black Engineer of the Year Award.

Jacquline Zeiller
M.A., BCBA
Jacquline is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who currently serves as Regional Director for an ABA agency providing child-centric behavior therapy to individuals with autism. She completed her BCBA coursework and obtained an M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism spectrum disorders from Ball State University. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology from Marymount California University. Jacquline has worked with individuals ranging in age from 18 months to adulthood, providing services in home, school, and community settings.

Dr. Rafik Sidrak, MD
Adult Psychiatry at the University of California at San Francisco. He was also a fellow at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Program at the University of Californian at San Diego.
Rafik has dual certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry. He has been in private practice in Long Beach and Lakewood since 1990. Dr. Sidrak is cofounder of Harbor Psychealth, one of the largest group practices in the Long Beach area.
He had been the Medical Director of Harbor View Adolescent Center, Long Beach, since 1992 and the Medical Director of Star View Adolescent Center, Torrance, since 1997. Both programs provide intensive acute and residential treatment to adolescents with serious psychiatric conditions.

Deborah is the former Director of Student Support Services at Servite Catholic High School and was Christopher’s Counselor for three years. She created the freshman counseling program at Servite High School and provided services to those students that may be challenged by learning differences and physical disabilities. She also created a program for peer mentoring which includes awareness programs for substance abuse, suicide prevention, and learning differences
